    I’m normally a person that can’t stick to a workout routine for more than 6 months. However, I have been working out at The Fitness Police for over 5 years now! I have never felt more supported, confident, and strong (mentally and physically) as I have taking the fitness bootcamp classes. These classes are a fun way to mix up routines, try something new, and feel good doing it! You also cannot beat the prices that are offered. I will always recommend the Fitness Police to anyone who wants to see real results in real time.

    Spencer is an awesome trainer and a really good guy! From the start, he listens carefully to understand my goals and ambitions, and tailors workouts (and homework) to help me achieve those goals. He pushes me harder than I'd ever push myself working out on my own, but never to an unsafe level. I never know the type of workout I'm going to get when I show up, but I know I'm going to walk out an hour later feeling truly worked. He also periodically measures and tracks my body parameters to assess my progress. Over time, my physical fitness has improved substantially and Spencer continues to find new ways to keep me advancing.

    Like many, I have never worked out in a gym before so I was very afraid of judgment. I was desperately looking for a trainer that would work well with me. I’m a quiet and insecure person. I wanted a trainer who would help me get results but also make me comfortable. At the Fitness Police, there is no room for insecurity, because everyone is there to achieve a goal, everyone sees each other at their worst and ugliest. I became much more positive and ironically, I became less tired throughout the day. I have always doubted myself and my capability, and even today as I’m 2 months into my workout, I still doubt my growth even though I improved so much compare to day one,...read full review
