I’ve had this old teddy bear for nearly 30 years. It means more to me than I can say, and I hope to keep it another 30 and so on, however, that being said, it REALLY needed some TLC.I brought this in and the woman at the front was so sweet and happy to give the ol’ stuffy a “makeover.”He looks great, perfect. He is softer than the day I got him from my dad.The staff was great. All of them. They also fixed a dress I bought, easily. The experience was stress free, and they answered all of my questions.I sincerely feel like people that have negative reviews on here were either extremely rude or had impossible expectations, I mean, reading one of these reviews…... read full review

Wow, what's not to like about this business: Dropping off and picking up is really quick, Russell is super friendly and efficient, my clothes look great, it is eco-friendly which is really important to me, and I love that I get a text to remind me to pick up when the order is ready.

Great location but even better customer service. This was our first time here and we made it in a couple minutes before closing. Russell was amazing and so friendly. He went above and beyond to make us not feel rushed and made us feel valued. We appreciate that so much! Thank you, Russell!
