Great experience with Clare at Seestads. She looked through a lot of carpet for me and with me for our home repair and remodeling project. She helped me pick out the carpet, which looks fantastic in our space. She was responsive to all issues related to measuring and went above and beyond to correct some issues with measuring . Our install person Tom was also great and worked really hard to address some issues that had been missed in the measurement process- He worked extra hard to meet I need to have the space done before the holidays, even though it meant over extending. Great experience - hard to come by these days!

I shopped for carpeting and hard surface flooring and everything about the experience was top notch. Miriam, the sales rep was kind, very helpful and very patient when my husband and I could not reach consensus on the hard flooring. We went ahead with the carpet, were directed to those products most suitable for our needs aesthetically and practically. The installation was superior. Neither my husband nor I can find the seam and considering he comes from a family of carpenters and we’re both engineering nerds with experience in polymers that is high praise. We’re really happy with our new flooring! I plan to work with Miriam again when the impasse on the hard flooring... read full review

Claire and the team at Seestedt;s Carpet and Linoleum are wonderful! Flooring is a big investment and I chose Seestedt;s twice in one year for a reason .. the selection and quality of product is only surpassed by the excellent customer service (both in the showroom and install crews).
