Although a past patient experienced an issue with a requested lens feature, they still highly recommend Scenic Eye Care for their reliable service and comfortable atmosphere. The practice is easily accessible and offers complimentary coffee or water while patients wait.
The doctor was amazing! I had to be in a court review on zoom long story! But she was so great! And the other employees there where so very sweet! They helped me to the best of their abilities! To the check in and the exam to getting glasses and the knowledge they had about lenses and the different coatings and things my insurance covers that could be extra charges but we're already on the lenses they made me feel very welcome I had gotten a pair of cocoons my boyfriend and I the earlier in the month! And they where very nice!
Dr Julie is a very caring and educated optimistic. I prefer to support the independent businesses like Scenic Eye Care. She is very personable and has state of the art equipment. I drive from West Bloomington just to see her!
I love ABSOLUTELY LOVE going there to get my glasses vs anywhere else because even the slightest blurry vision they really do care that I do need glasses at night(other places would say I have 20/20. I have been going to the same location (10+years) even after my old optometrist retired and there were a few new faces there at the new location. Very nice receptionist and people who works there help and gives the best ? services with complimentary coffee or water to drink while you wait. The only downside is when I asked for transition lens to go on my glasses and pay extra for it on my last visit 2 years ago I never got it. Also took my teenager there as well.
