Roof-to-Deck cleaned and stained our cedar deck in June 2023. They did a good job with staining and sealing. But they were overly aggressive with the power washer, which gouged and rouhghed up our cedar railings. We asked them if they planned to sand them smooth prior to staining, and they said yes, but the sanding was never completed. They also made a mess of everything near the deck when they used the power washer. It would have been easy to put a plastic drop cloth over the nearby windows and landscaping.
We used this business 3 years ago to do a major strip/clean/stain job on our deck. They did everything as asked and the price was lower than I expected at the time. Very timely service. This year, they contacted us and offered a maintenance stain job. They just now cleaned it nicely. They are on top of things. This picture is the power wash prior to staining.
I use this company for snow removal, and have for the past two years. They do a great job at a reasonable price. Don't usually have to wait too long for them to show up. They also use big enough equipment (big tractor) to clear my driveway quickly. Will be using them this year!
