My son worked here as a helper, for a summer job last year. He loyally showed up on time every day and he was a hard worker. He started work very early in the morning, and worked outdoors every day in all conditions of weather. Although the work was tough, he very much enjoyed his job. He had 12 weeks of summer to work, and was saving every pay check. Before he returned to school, he did the right thing and put in his two weeks notice at Q3. Instead of letting him work until his last day, Q3 fired him on the spot!! They gave him NO notice, NO reimbursement…NOTHING. Might as well had been a middle finger. Looks like I’m not the first person to notice the aggressive and dangerous driving behavior from this company. One of their trucks pulling a skid steer rolled through a stop sign in a densely populated neighborhood and nearly hit my wife and son. If they can’t have the decency to drive safely, do you think they’ll do an honest job for you?

They must be called Q3 Contracting because that's when they actually get to work. They have been digging up one street all year and it doesn't seem any better than when they started. St. Paul is now littered in traffic barriers and they've made it impossible for me to walk to work.
