Q3 Contracting was on site at Marie and Oakdale in West St Paul this a.m. My bus, driving me a therapy facility, broke down right in the middle of their construction zone, blocking everything! The workers went well beyond their job description to help the Darts driver, and they were always upbeat ! They even helped me into the sub van! They did not need to do this! THANK YOU for making a potential unpleasant trip a positive one! Time is money, and they certainly should be paid extra for their help!!! THANK YOU!

Amongst many things, they said they needed to come in our house to check after changing the natural gas lines. They said they would be at the house by 11, I've waited an additional 3.5 hours have called and gotten no response. Many other issues with parking in the front yard and many others.

Have the most incompetent drivers. Their vehicles drive down Spruce St. completely unaware of other vehicles on the road and do not know how to look both ways when leaving the parking lot.
