Amazing service! Our AC quit on a Friday night right before the 90+ degree weather. On Saturday, I did everything I could with changing the filter and cleaning the unit outside, but it needed a repair. I called and left a message and within 20 minutes got a call and within two hours a tech was there to fix it. Thankfully it was a simple coil fix, but the tech did a thorough job of confirming everything was working and he explained why it probably went bad and what I can do to prevent it. They covered the coil under warranty and all I had to pay was for a trip charge. Great company!
James and the team were very professional, prompt and helpful when we needed our furnace replaced. They helped us evaluate the best option for our home and got the new furnace in quickly and efficiently - all while fielding a wide variety of questions from our curious kiddos. We highly recommend Priority Heating and Cooling!
They are honest, and open with all information. They did what they promised and make my job as a customer really easy. We are not only happy customers, but we are big fans. I would give them 10 stars but there is only five to give.
