Andrea is a great teacher because she explains about the elements, the internal organs, emotions, and more when teaching us the Qi Gong movements. I never knew how connected our emotions and our organs were and that we could heal ourselves with energy work that is dynamic, kinesthetic and meditative. This stuff is really COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love Qi Gong!
