I called this company yesterday & spoke to Cole Ulrich regarding a mold problem under my kitchen sink. He was able to come the next day to check on the problem. He was very personable & explained what he would be doing to determine if mold was present. He explained what steps would be necessary to determine the extent of mold spread & how it would be treated. Cole was very knowledgeable & clearly explained the process. I was very impressed by the information Cole provided.I did check with the company's reviews on Google and the BBB & Consumers Report. Before contacting the company, they were rated A+ & had great reviews.
