Although we did have an issue with the technician that came on site to one of my rental properties, the claims department did issue a partial refund and agreement to compensate us for the damage that occurred.
Keith came out to help us and gave us all the info we needed. Felt safe with him in our home and with our dog. I highly recommend him. He's very professional and we will certainly be using this offices services in the future if we need a return visit.Service: Cockroach extermination
I have been paying for service every month. It started because either a mouse or a squirrel was living in my attic. Now that I know it is s squirrel, they can't do it or it is going to cost me. I have been paying for service that they don't really do anything in the winter. They come every other month, but they have not been to my place in over 2 months. The first guy that came out was the best.
