Communication and service were outstanding. Chris called an hour before arrival, was prompt, courteous and professional. Had lots of tree roots blocking my main sewer line, he removed 90% of them. The other 10% he explained why they couldn't readily be removed with his equipment, but gave me ideas to help minimize them. Very impressed with his forthcoming information, patience in answering all my questions, and service (took about an hour). Also completive pricing - much more reasonable then the big companies. I was recommended Midway from a couple coworkers, and I echo that high recommendation!

I was fortunate to be referred to Midway by another professional that wasn't available. It was a great referral.

Midway had quick scheduling, same day service, and professional and friendly staff. Gary, the plumbing tech, determined the cause of the backup in my home, resolved the issue quickly, and did so at an affordable price! Midway will be my go to in the future should I have a need. I highly recommend them if you want quality work at an affordable price.

I had a pretty bad sewer back up, these guys were able to help me the next day and did an awesome job! Ron was super nice, very pet friendly and pulled out all the roots causing the blockage and explained how they get in.
