I went back in September and they were very nice and understanding, I had to go back again just recently since my cat started showing signs of a uti, they were so understanding and got her in the same day! So thankful for the staff here helping to calm my nerves and help out my kitty cat:)

Everyone I've met has been so kind, understanding, and competent. They treat the animals and owners with grace, even when dealing with stressful circumstances. I am very lucky and deeply thankful that they are caring for my pets.Also, I appreciate that they are great at communication! They follow up with emails and/or phone calls, and I much prefer email. My hours change from day to day, and I get very short breaks. It's very comforting to know that I can communicate with my vet even if I'm unable to call.They also never rush me, which is really important. I keep forgetting to take a picture when I am here, but the service is excellent. The staff are understanding of financial hardships and will work with you to make sure your animal is cared for. There have been a number of times they have went above and beyond to help me and my former cat, as well as my current cat. Years ago he had to have surgery, and they were reasonable with their price. He recovered well.
