I've been coming to M Health (formerly Fairview) for years. I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews and I can only assume that a doctor's visit doesn't warrant a review by the public unless it went poorly. I have been seeing Jennifer Bottem, NP for years and continue to do so even though I don't live close to this clinic anymore. Same for my family members. She's excellent as a provider, takes time with you, and has been great with diagnoses... though she's so very in-demand that you have to schedule a couple months out with her (ok for yearly appts; probably not ideal for urgent needs). Totally hate the parking!!! Could get killed in that parking ramp
Receptionist are extremely rude

The waiting room was packed with people. I felt like I was in a petri dish. I actually wanted to wait outside because it was so crowded. I was there for an annual wellness check. I think it's where I got covid. Getting to parking was awful.never
