I grew up in this neighborhood but this was my first time going to this clinic location. I had an awesome experience coming here. The staff was amazing from the check in all the way to the lab. Dr. Venzon was professional, thorough and so knowledgeable! I felt so comfortable with her and the nurse assistant Emily. They made me feel safe and they were very informative on explaining everything. This will definitely be my new clinic from now on. They were able to get my medical records easily and knew my medical history. I love the location and parking was easy. Also, it was easy to get an appointment within less than a couple weeks from calling.

I've found the staff, nurses and my primary physician at this clinic to be extremely kind, caring, and open to thoroughly discussing how they can best support me and address any health concerns. They have more then exceeded my expectations. Wait times have been low, communication has been quick and while the facility seems a bit cramped it's well kept and clean.

I've been going to this clinic for 7 years as of 2023. I've had zero problems here.(Sometimes it takes longer then 10 minutes to make an appointment. Sometimes it's busy and it takes longer to be seen/check in. These are normal human things that can happen. Be kind, understanding, and positive. Instead of the negative Nancy/Karen/Ken b.s. that you put out communicate properly and treat people with kindness.)
