Services were great! Frank and Donnie worked hard and did a great job. They were friendly and helped my family understand the situation as they were working on the job. Not sure why Yelp is recommending reviews from out of Krinkie's service area? We needed to update our AC and furnace, and wanted to go with a heat pump. Everything we read said that the quality of the installation was as critical as the equipment. Had three estimates, felt Krinkie's was most knowledgeable and thorough, and they did a great job! We had a small problem the next day (our fault, not theirs) and they fixed it quickly. Rebate was processed and they gave us everything needed for our taxes. Very pleased with our experience!
Another great visit by a great company. Called for a no cool and they were able to fit us in the same day within several hours. We were also able to get our maintenance done at the same time. We have been customers and appreciate when a business comes through with not only solving our problem, but also having spectacular customer service on top of it. We have had technician Mike out to our residence multiple times and he’s treated us with the utmost respect, while still making us feel at ease even in an emergency.
