Saturday Night I wanted to cut my right leg off, but I managed to make it Como Urgent Care on Sunday morning.Not my First choice but it was the closest. And I am so grateful to Dr. Kathy and her nurse were excellent and had amazing bedside manners. Gave me hope , afterwards I didn’t mind the wait! Thanks again and keep up the great work ! Sciatica pain is A Beast, but we will conquer it!
I had a good experience at this urgent care clinic. I cut my finger open and literally walked in the door 10 minutes before close. Dr. Massey and the medical assistants were attentive and very helpful in stitching up my cut. I appreciated their friendliness too in the midst of a stressful situation.
This is a massive healthcare system, but they still can't pull together a working website for patients to communicate with providers, send messages make appointments etc. Their clunky, counter intuitive and redundant user interface is a major barrier to care and a huge waste of time.
