We were paired up with Joe via Zillow over a year ago but never ended up buying. We liked him so much, our roommate used him to buy his house and when my sister and I were finally ready, we went right back to Joe and were introduced to Jenn who was PHENOMENAL! She held our hands as first time home buyers, every step of the way. Jenn was so freaking wonderful during our whole home buying process. My sister and I were looking for a duplex and the first time going out to look at homes, we fell in love with one that we thought was going to be out of our reach. Jenn made it happen. This is the first home we've ever bought and Jenn was so kind and patient, answering all of our questions, even the ones we thought might be dumb. Our jobs aren't the normal 9-5, but she was always available for us, even on a Friday night when she was out with friends, and even if she didn't have the answers right then, she was on top of communicating with us and letting us know she'd find the answers... read full review
