Website mentions cleaning services provided. Called to confirm if they clean sofa covers, and they just bluntly said no we don't do that. Ok. They're dry clean only, and your site mentions this specifically, but you don't do that.

A good dry cleaning service is apparently a dying business model. Finding one worth a damn is next to impossible.

I received receipt for laundry but did not obtain one one for dry cleaning. Clerk took my dry cleaning 1 caftan, 4 sweaters, 1 pair black slacks and now they say they do not have any of the items. Have thought they were upbeat operating but so wrong. Waiting to get into small claims court as caftan was purchased on Cruise trip and one sweater was made for me by my Aunt. I believe this to be out and out theft.
