The problem is the corporate office. They are definitely are price gouging retail stores. The system update to returns and gift cards to better customer service is far from current. Stores in other states are far more reliable and updated. No Idea why progress hasent come to Minnesota yet. Return policy is so complicated and improper. Let's really hold up the line. Never know where your check out line is. Some kind of funky spray on the cloths? Not cool for chemical sensitivity people. Prices are so out of control. Other states are far more inexpensive. You can't get ahold of a person to share your concerns and complaints! I'd give a 0.

Some of the worst online performance you'll find.. A quick internet search on their customer service would have saved me the headache, there doesn't appear to be any meaningful process for processing online orders, or providing updates/status. It's been a week since I paid for an item and after multiple calls and an online inquiry, I received nothing but a generic reply which closed the ticket. Guess I'll just hope it shows up someday, all the repair parts for the item already arrived!

My company and I had the pleasure of not performing once but twice for this location. Very thankful for the opportunity and the families I’ve been able to touch with and through the power of music and dance.
