I walked in late on a Saturday hoping to get some carpet samples and Anita was wonderful! She helped me right away and made some great recommendations based on my lifestyle and what I was looking for; and I went home with a lovely sample to try out. A few days later, I went back and made the purchase and within a week, I got my new carpet. I have to say, I was so thrilled with the quality of customer service, installation and the product. After many attempts at trying to get a quote to have our kitchen floor repaired I came across the Flooring Expo. We were helped by Anita who was very nice and knowledgeable about the products that we were looking for. We received a quote for the flooring with install and it was much lower than the several other flooring companies that I had received quotes from. In fact the quote was $2200.00 less than the high quote.

We worked with Anita Behr at the Roseville location and she was very patient with us because it took us over a month to decide whether to do carpet or wood flooring! She helped us through the whole process and we're very happy with the carpet we selected. And the carpet installers were great also!
