We love our experience at Entira Highland. We have been seeing physicians at this clinic for over 10 years and have been very happy with the level of care, service, and staff. They are excellent. We always feel like our needs are addressed and we are a partner in our own healthcare. Highly recommend this clinic.
My primary care provider is Dr. Sarah Olson and she is great! She is very communicative when I use Entira's online portal where you can ask questions to your provider and they answer within 24-hours. I enjoy the collective care of Entira as I have leveraged their after hour facility in NSP along with the Como location and receive consistent positive service at each. Today I had the pleasure of seeing Doctor Ian and he was gentle, kind and considerate. Additionally, this facility recently moved from Highland over to Snelling Avenue and offers more natural lighting and overall space. The parking is slightly tricky to enter but once you do, the rest is a breeze. Thank you, Entira staff!!
Because of COVID-19 the beginning visit was a tela call, and once it was certain I didn't have COVID the doc was very quick to get me in and see me. Doc & Staff very friendly and professional and got everything underway quickly. Doc Olsen was very personable and made me feel at ease.
