We've used East Valley Animal Clinic for years. They fixed up one of our dog's legs when she dislocated her ankle using cutting edge technology for the time (3D printed orthotic). They spent a lot of effort on her case and explored various options. We felt they informed us as much as possible on our decisions and answered all of our questions.
When our oldest dog got very sick suddenly, we called and explained it was urgent she be seen, and they fit her in the same day. Always have a good experience at this clinic. Our dog loves going and that says a lot. They generally give you a call a couple of days after a sick visit to check in and make sure everything is okay. Very responsive and helpful over the phone if you have questions or concerns. App makes it easy to make appointments and check when things are next due.
They take good care of our small pup, have great customer service, and have trustworthy vets. They did great with our pups spay. We knew what to expect before and after the surgery and our pup recovered very well and very quickly, and her scar is minimal.
