I was lucky enough to have Luke Neslund as my electrician the very first time I hired Early Bird Electric. He repaired a seriously botched installation of my dining room light fixture. As he was installing the other light fixtures he discovered several crispy wires. Of course those had to be replaced sooner rather than later! Luke came back this morning. I’m sure it wasn’t fun up in the attic pulling wires. But he never let anything stop his ambition or great attitude. I could have easily had an electrical fire and lost everything if he had just “done his job” and only installed the lights as on the original request. I can sleep well knowing I’m safe. Luke Neslund was out yesterday to install a pool table light with a wall switch, relocate existing switches from a wall torn down to make room for the new pool table and connect two wires I had run the last time Early Bird was out for possible future use. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am satisfied with his work, with two caveats. 1. A breaker was left flipped on the panel after he left. 2. The light switches were not put in a logical order (main room light switch on 3 switch plate in the location furthest from the room entrance). Mark & Kiefer came to my house. They were respectful of my propert and explained everything that was going on. Also gave me my $50 back that I accidentally over paid. Very honest. One of the things they did they let me know was on warranty so I still paid the original amount. Have used Earlybird for many years and will continue to use them in the future!!!
