We were have issues with lack of insulation in one of our walls which caused our pipes to freeze up in the extremely cold weather. Carter came out on very short notice and after hours to assist. He was able to remove a cabinet to gain access to the wall and fill it up with more insulation. He then put the cabinet back, leaving no holes or indication that work had been done. The wall is now warm, pipes unfrozen and our home is a few degrees warmer. We highly recommend Carter and would use again.
