Carrie is just absolutely - freaking - awesome. She has a deep knowledge of kinetics and is well aware of how to assist you with muscle - skeletal pain. The person that said she was rude and abrasive...maybe y'all don't know how it be on the East Side.

Let me start by saying I have been geeting massages from Carrie for over 5 years. She does the BEST massages. Over a year ago I was 100 pounds heavier. She never made me feel like it was a problem for her she massaged me with complete care. She is a staple on the East side of Saint Paul. I wanted to keep her for myself but I can't . if you want a quality, relaxing massage go see Carrie she is worth every penny and her rates are decent as well. Carrie is excellent...she was very gentle, yet effective in helping my elderly mother's arthritis and osteoarthritis. She always teases me that "she is going to beat me up" because of my request for a sports massage. If you are a weight lifter: Carrie is THE person to see!
