And since we cook a lot and are planning to live here forever, we wanted to use a cabinet company that could give us exactly what we wanted. When Charles Cabinets says custom, they really mean it! In planning our kitchen I made a lot of little requests that they probably aren't used to getting, but they didn't say no to anything. I came to them with a lot of ideas in my head but nothing on paper, and Pat and Tom were able to draw up all the plans and suggest things I hadn't thought of, and in the end it all came together 100% perfectly. We've been using our kitchen for a few months now and the cabinets are top quality, beautiful, and such a pleasure to use. When I have had questions about a few minor problems Charles Cabinets have been quick to respond with solutions even though we have fully paid and they have moved on to other jobs. Highly recommend!“

“This company did very good to rectify what was an initial problematic situation. The carpet was unfortunately installed incorrectly due to a communication error it took a while to get somebody to reach out which then the salesman wasn't very helpful and didn't really want to fix the situation. That's when Chuck the customer service guy was extremely nice listened to my concerns and needs and came out himself with the crew to make sure it was done right.“
