I called to have my car towed from a sketchy downtown St. Paul ramp. After inquiring why I required towing to the dealership I was redirected by this kind man to call around for locksmiths that could come do it. He also told me to have them choose when to come in the next few days. This man saved me hundreds of dollars by not towing me and I will definitely be calling him the next time I need a tow!
I needed help Tuesday evening, and they were great! Thad came within 30 minutes of Budget Towing calling me back and helped towed my car ASAP! Prompt service, easy, and friendly! I'd definitely call them again if I needed help.
