I've neglected my legs (versus my back) for far too long. Due to an injury I asked for some deep tissue work on my legs. April spent an intense hour working very deep to loosen up the fascia and begin to get the tissue pliable again. Muscles that have been weak and ineffective from being tight were allowed to begin functioning properly. Not necessarily relaxing, sometimes uncomfortable, but never painful and highly effective. All at a very reasonable rate. Strongly recommended. I've already booked another session.
