I called Rumpca Services this morning at around 10:30 am to check our water heater because the pilot light kept going out over the last four days. They had a technician out to my house by noon. He diagnosed the problem and told me the options were to fix the gas valve or replace the water heater because it was 14 years old. I felt the best option was to replace the water heater before something else went wrong with it because they only last for 15 years.
The technician had the new water heater in and heating up by 1:00pm. That’s only two and a half hours from the time I first called. That’s fast!
We will use Rumpca Services again in the future when we need something done fast and done the right way. Thank you.
I highly recommend MD’s Heating and Air Services LLC! I had a few bids with other companies that priced me high and were not very informative or friendly. I then researched and discovered MD’s services my area in St. Paul and reached out for a bid on a new AC unit. I received a prompt and friendly response right away from Jessica and had a visit scheduled the next day! Matthias was very respectful and timely when he arrived. He was very informative with the different types of AC’s available and did not pressure me - at all - into the highest bid, but rather explained what would work best for my home and what to consider in the future. I also felt confident with my choice because they’re a Carrier brand company too. After scheduling a visit, Trevor installed a new coil in my furnace (which is a down draft and not common from what I understand!) and placed my new AC unit and set up digital smart thermostat on a very hot 91 degree sunny day! I was informed on what to expect, how to use my new thermostat, and felt the cool air already! Jessica was super informative and helpful with all my questions throughout the process, which made a huge impact on my experience. While all of this may be a stressful and costly issue, I felt very at ease and supported by MD’s and I’m very happy with my experience. I’m so glad I went with a small local company and would recommend them to anyone!
Recently had trouble with my electrical service for my well water being out, towards the end of day. I had left a message an hour earlier and guessed they were out on a job, so I drove down there since they are in the neighborhood.
Don showed up soon after coming back from a call. He quickly accessed my issue, explained it clearly, and I had it resolved for me right away.
Very grateful to learn how helpful and kind Don is. I will make them my go-to for any electrical work from now on.
Gregg was so helpful and his work was very precise, exactly what I needed! He was great at communicating and helping me choose the right items for my home projects as well. He was very thorough and my projects turned out wonderfully! I had 21.5 yards of 1.5 river rock rock Delivered. I called them and within a few days they were delivering. had Matt for the driver. Matt was very nice. He dumped the rock right where I marked it. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice as well. If I need more rock that finally we'll be back.
My hot in hereee burger was delicious. Very happy with my meal. I'd say the service/staff is pretty friendly too. Easy to find parking

Mike and his team worked very efficiently on our new deck build, all the way from pulling permits to putting on finishing touches. The deck looks great, was affordable, and was completed well before I anticipated. Highly recommend.
