Brett was able to show up same-day to snake my main drain. He was prompt, explained everything, including all charges, up front, and gave me recommendations and helped me understand what was wrong and what I could do in the future as far as preventative maintenance. Very reasonable prices, great service, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. When I called, probably like most customers I was apprehensive as so many companies over charge and suggest things that don't need to be done but immediately Joe put me at ease explaining what he thought needed to be done and had a tech at my house within an hour. The tech was very friendly and explained everything before, while and after he was done. I am saving this number in my phone (obviously I hope I don't need it) but if I do Cutting Edge WILL be my call!
