Logan was right on time and did an excellent job. Everyone from Traut that has been here spring and fall over the last 20 plus years taking care of our irrigation system has been excellent. Brandon is extremely helpful also. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAUT!!!

We purchased a softener from Traut and had it installed this week. I cannot express enough how impressed we were from the initial phone call with Jim Gruenke to having the unit installed by Derrick and Kayla. Jim took the time to explain water quality, different units, new versus old, etc. We were comfortable with our purchase after speaking to Jim and knowing that if we had any other questions or concerns, he would address them immediately. Derrick and Kayla installed the unit quickly, efficiently, filled the unit with salt and took the old unit with them. Traut Wells is an awesome company. We've used them twice now for different water issues becuase we just baught a used house.First time we had them come out was just a couple days after we moved in because of horrible water tase and egg smell. They came out the same day I called and fixed the issue same day with a new filter system.Second time was about two months after moved in. We were sick of the poor water pressure. They came out the day after I called and again fixed the issue same day. Turned out we had multiple issues with the well, pump, and pressure tank.We now have great tasting water right out of the faucet and great water pressure. I will be using Traut... read full review
