We had our furnace replaced. It was a seamless experience and the technician worked all day and into the evening to be sure we had heat that night. Another HVAC outfit recommended $1,000 in furnace repairs. Also found slightly high carbon monoxide readings and suggested it may time for replacement. An 11-year old furnace! Called Precise for a second opinion. They adjusted the gas valve to bring down the CO and said none of the repairs were needed. Precise showed up promptly at 8 am. The tech, Kyle was courteous and showed me everything. Will be using them going forward for our hvac needs
When our 23 year old AC gave up, we figured it was time for update our heating and cooling system. We worked with Lyle, Lucas, and Melissa. Lyle came out to our home, checked things over, and determined the appropriate-sized units for our house and sent a range of quotes with information on the units as well as tax deductions and rebates. He and Melissa checked back with us and answered questions as we were considering both options and companies to work with.
