Nate was great! Very punctual. Arrived precisely on time. He asked about my problem. I told him my refrig. and freezer doors did not " auto close".Then he explained what needed to be done. He came prepared. He had all the necessary parts. He was very pleasant and efficient. The job was quickly completed. My doors both "auto close" easily!

Nate came out and serviced my range that was emitting a gas smell occasionally. He was friendly and very professional. He checked the whole range and determined it needed a valve replacement. It works like a charm now. Great service. Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful experience from the time of scheduling someone to come out and see what happened up until the problem was resolved. My parent's electronic keypad on their oven died and what a shock to find out that it could be sent out to be repaired because that oven is probably 30 years old. From my initial contact I was given updates on the status of the part being shipped out along with some information on what oven(s) to not buy if the keypad could not be repaired. Nate, who was my technician, was so kind and courteous.
