We have used West Side a few times now. They’ve done an excellent job each time. They are quick to schedule, show up on time and are efficient and respectful as they clean. Will continue to use them to clean our carpets and air ducts.
Got there number from a friend. Need help cleaning up after an accident in my parents home. They were understanding, got us on the schedule right away. We’re ON TIME! .. they were polite, they didn’t come in a rush through the areas. They took their time, were respectful of the furniture and the situation. Not to mention they did an outstanding job on the carpets. I really appreciate all they did to help us. Including not breaking the bank $$$. Definitely recommending to others.
I highly recommend West Side Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. We have used them twice now. Once before our daughter’s grad party and for a move-out clean. We have dogs, and they have accidents, and you would never know because of the great job they did. But what I love most is their honesty. No unnecessary up charges, in fact, they helped SAVE me money. This is the kind of customer service that is rare to find in this day and age. I will use them again and again! If I could give them 100 stars, I would.
