“Dr. Shane Smith is amazing, as was the entire staff the we met while visiting the Lake Minnetonka Pet Wellness Center with our little dog Loki. Who else would sit right down on the floor with their little patients? Well without any hesitation, Dr. Smith did just that to help calm our little guy & to complete his exam. The two technicians who helped assist, Kelley & Jenna, were equally kind, patient & loving with Loki.
It’s funny how much Loki picked up on the very “positive vibe” perPETuated from inside those 4 walls as well. Upon initially arriving at the MTKA Pet Wellness Center, his little body began trembling. When his exam was over, we left our vehicle in the parking lot, went for about a mile walk on the trail. Shortly after we returned, we imagined Loki would jump right into the truck. Nope … he walked right back up the few steps to the doorway of the place where all his new friends were. Guess he loves y’all as much as we do! Thanks so much!“

“Over the years, I have had several dogs treated by Dr Loran Jacobs. He is totally amazing and so full of knowledge! He's treated our Borzoi with wobblers, our other Borzoi after a spinal stroke, and most recently, my Irish Wolfhound, who has an undiagnosed neuropathy issue. I highly recommend him and I never hesitate to drive the hour it takes me to bring my dogs to him. His receptionist, Jennifer, is also a gem! She always go above and beyond to deliver fantastic customer service! I'm so grateful for Interlaken Centre!“

“I have to give a huge shout out to Delano Veterinary Clinic and their entire staff!! I have what you call a “frequent flyer”. My chocolate lab fur baby has been through the gauntlet in his first 3 years of life starting with almost loosing him to an extreme case of pneumonia just after he turned 1, torn up paw, ear infections, allergies, among so many other things! Most recently he had a mass removed from his foot and the recovery was intense. DVC has been there every step of the way and has always made time for us and puts up with us crazy animal lovers who always panic about our 4-legged children. Let’s face it, their name should really be Delano Vet and Counseling Clinic!! From the front desk all the way up to the Vets, they are top notch and truly care about our animals and provide the best care. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they do and will never go to another vet. They are family!!❤️❤️“
