“Had an absolutely wonderful experience at WAH. I tend to be somewhat of an anxious pet parent and just got my first ever kitten. So as you can imagine I had all the “what if” and “just to be sure” scenarios and questions. Dr. Jackie and Cassidy did such a wonderful job fielding every question I could come up with, educating me and teaching me all the things I needed to know to start off on the right paw with my new kitten! Bonus points too for the incredible photo they got for my cat’s vet profile. It’s good enough to go on the fridge!“

“Over the years, I have had several dogs treated by Dr Loran Jacobs. He is totally amazing and so full of knowledge! He's treated our Borzoi with wobblers, our other Borzoi after a spinal stroke, and most recently, my Irish Wolfhound, who has an undiagnosed neuropathy issue. I highly recommend him and I never hesitate to drive the hour it takes me to bring my dogs to him. His receptionist, Jennifer, is also a gem! She always go above and beyond to deliver fantastic customer service! I'm so grateful for Interlaken Centre!“

She keeps excellent notes, always keeps you informed of any condition she finds, gives sound advice and options. She is so knowledgeable and shares her knowledge with her staff so they are consistent. They are all so loving to the animals they treat, and very reasonable charges. Everything is spelled out so there are no surprises when you're handed the bill. I know there are vets closer to me, but these people are worth the trip...every single one of them! Warm, skilled, compassionate and gentle. I wish there were more stars to give them!“

“dr. Jessica is amazing care whether it's on the phone or in person she takes the time to listen. She never rushes you in or out of the office or even when she's on the phone she has always made calls like at 6:30 7 o'clock at night to make sure that she has called back and touch base with her clients she even will have you text a picture and when it's appropriate and can make diagnosis that way is saving everyone a trip into the office which allows her to serve more people highly recommended.“

“I have to give a huge shout out to Delano Veterinary Clinic and their entire staff!! I have what you call a “frequent flyer”. My chocolate lab fur baby has been through the gauntlet in his first 3 years of life starting with almost loosing him to an extreme case of pneumonia just after he turned 1, torn up paw, ear infections, allergies, among so many other things! Most recently he had a mass removed from his foot and the recovery was intense. DVC has been there every step of the way and has always made time for us and puts up with us crazy animal lovers who always panic about our 4-legged children. Let’s face it, their name should really be Delano Vet and Counseling Clinic!! From the front desk all the way up to the Vets, they are top notch and truly care about our animals and provide the best care. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they do and will never go to another vet. They are family!!❤️❤️“
