Thank you so much to the staff at happy hound. I was really worried about leaving my dogs for the first time. They take really good care of them. The photo updates helped put my mind at ease. From walks to play and making sure they have their meds, they made it easy. The facility is clean and well cared for. I really can't thank y'all enough.
I made a google review absolutely raving about how amazing this place is and forgot to make one here. I have been going through Happy Hound exclusively for years. I have an American Eskimo/Pom named Milo and a full Pomeranian named Link. Milo has been boarding for years and Link is boarding for the first time right now. Your babies are always in great hands here. We drive 2 hours one way and past over 50+ places we could board our dogs closer to home because they don’t compare to how great Happy hound is. I get photos every day of my babies on Facebook, they come back home with a huge smile and well fed. I had a problem with places in the metro where my little Milo was clearly being hit as I would pick him up and he started flinching when I tried to pet him. He still flinches depending on what angle your hand is when trying to pet him. It has been years since they hit him. They admitted to not feeding him for 3 days because his food I gave him ran out but then they handed me the almost full bag. They had lost it and decided to not feed my dog although they provided food. That will never happen here. They treat your baby like family always!!
