Walking into Mulberrys was a pleasant experience. More importantly, the pressing I requested of my blouses and slacks was meticulous. Added bonus was the wooden hangers they used. Yes, I'll be returning.
This was first time at this cleaners. The young lady at the counter greeted me so professionally with a smile and a greeting. She was very helpful. She chatted with me about the function (my son's wedding) I was getting my dress ironed for. She informed me about the discount as a first time customer. She quoted me a 2 day turn around. Upon me leaving, she wished me a wonderful day. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service I received that day. The next day, I received a text that my dress was ready for pickup. My jacket hadn’t been cleaned in over 30 years, it was filthy, stained with I don’t know what and now looks brand new! I just can’t tell you how wonderful it looks. Polite helpful staff.
