We only learned installation would take 2 days when they called us to schedule installation. Some of the people I came in contact with were professional and others pushy. The salesman was long winded. 4 hours.
We had an amazing experience with Mad City Windows & Baths!! Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the installation team did a wonderful and efficient job. The windows are of the highest quality and we are definately noticing that the cold draft problems in our house due to old leaky windows no longer exists. We especially love how our bathroom window looks now. We did opt to apply our own window film on the bathroom window, which turned out great. No more cold, crafty showers and baths!
