HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians Clinic Roseville

Booked my appt just two days in advance, showed up 5 mins early, waited about 5 more mins past my appt time before getting to the room vitals taken and another 5 mins for the dr to come in and we consulted for about 20 mins. Excellent services, would return.

Doctor and nurses were great. They went above and beyond. What isn’t so great is that HealthPartners overbooks their doctors and tells patients to arrive 15 min before their appointment starts just so they can spend 40-50 min waiting inside of the clinic. It’s disappointing to see HealthPartners continually prioritize profits over patients & staff.

Andrea L Mulhausen Johnson and her nurse were wonderful- made me feel better / less anxious with a 8 month old baby having a fever and rash. Was happy to get in within 24 hour notice. Thank you!
