I am pretty happy with this location. About a year ago I got a great deal on a used Epiphone Les Paul in excellent condition that I still play quite often. I just ordered a new 70th Anniversary Fender Player in Nebula Noir that was open-box and it arrived yesterday evening. Beautiful guitar, and only needed a quick tuning to play right away. But she didn't come with her trem bar - contacted GC's main customer support chat because that website was what I placed my order through, and they told me to contact the store. Last time I was in to pick up an online order, an employee, NOT EVEN ON THE CLOCK, helped me. Not only that, the order wasn't even ready yet, but he went and picked it, and I was out in 5 minutes or less! Service above and beyond. Thanks again.
