I came in for my first appointment for a regular manicure today. My service started about 15-20 minutes after my scheduled time, which was fine since I wasn’t in a rush. My nail tech was on a call during the first portion of my service. I understand things come up, but it made it difficult to communicate shaping and details, and she was a bit distracted. My nail lengths were coming out uneven. After she was off the phone and we could communicate, it was fine. I was satisfied with the final result.

I have been to the Salon several times and each time I have a great experience. They are super kind, patient with my time trying to select the color and shape to make me feel amazing when I leave the salon. They always kindly communicate to wash your hands when you walk in. The Salon is clean and the music is relaxing. They listen to your request and made me feel like a customer given respect and attention.They will fix their mistake with a positive caring attitude. I always see men and women customers in the Salon. No matter the Gender you are made to feel cared for, welcome and a valued customer. Ann did a wonderful job on my nail fill. All ten nails were the same shape, and polished to perfection. One nail had to be completely replaced because it was barely attached when I came in. Its shape matched the others when Ann finished the prep work. The polish was smooth when Ann finished. I also appreciated the hand and lower arm massage.
