Concerns with Scheduling and Front Desk Staff at Central + Priority Pediatrics.Dear Clinic Manager,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Central + Priority Pediatrics, located at 2436 Cleveland Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113, on April 24, 2024.Despite notifying the clinic that we would be late by 10 minutes and being assured that we would still be seen as long as we weren't 15 minutes late, we were made to wait while patients who arrived after us were taken back before us. My baby went here for the first year. This clinic is very clean. Reception staffs were very responsive and helpful. Doctors were great. Never had an issue. While I had to transfer my baby's clinic , they helped me transfer his documents multiple times as requested due to some issues on the other end. I highly recommend this place.
