I was disappointed in my experience this past year. The responsiveness was really bad. I was worried about the filing because there were major delays in getting a response to complete my filing. When I originally dropped off my taxes, they asked that I provide my previous year's returns even though they were the ones who had done them previously. I gave my only copy of those returns (rookie mistake) to ARK and never received them back afterwards. They were clearly lost but ARK insisted I never provided them. They were very direct in their communication when they would answer. They're not expensive but I won't be using ARK again.

Wendy has done my taxes for decades now. Wonderful service! Accurate, fast, reliable, even found me almost $1,000.00 I didn't know I was owed one year. Like visiting family annually, only better. Hot coffee and cookies always waiting!

I have been going to ARK Tax Service for my tax needs my entire working career. Before that, my folks went there as well. With our ever changing tax laws, it makes a lot of sense to go and see them, because they have the knowledge & they will treat you very well.
