I called the company about a tricky leaking spot that many contractors are not able to fix it.Tom patiently inspected the roof, siding and window.He even poured water on the suspicious areas.He eventually found the issue is on the window. His crew carefully cleaned and dried the window before caulking. His rate is very reasonable as he advertised. Highly recommend it.

I highly recommend using Specialty Work Services. I had a roof that needed repair and did not have much luck in the fall to try and get someone out to do the work without trying to sell me on the need to tear off a huge section of the roof and replacing the entire roof. I tried again this spring and ran across Specialty Work Services. When I called, Bridget was very friendly, polite and setup appointment for someone to come out to provide me a quote. When I asked for proof of license and insurances, she promptly emailed me the information. They came out the next day(in march 12) and provided me a quote that was very reasonable with focus on only repairing what was needed. Weather did not permit the work to be done right away which I was ok with. March 26th they called and said they would be coming out the next day to do the repairs ...to ensure they could get it done before they were not able to work due to the Minnesota shelter in place going into affect AND before the spring rains started. I was out of town but told them to go ahead and email me pictures of the repairs when completed. March 27 they emailed me when work was completed along with pictures of the repair in process as well as end result. I am very pleased with the work they have done. This firm is very customer focused and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them !!
