When our AC went out today and the temp is projected to be almost 90 degrees we knew just who to call! On Time Service Pros have always been so helpful, prompt, and we can't say enough good things about them. David came out today and fixed and maintained our system and was so kind and jovial while doing so. Great people, great service! we're so glad we're part of their VIP program. It's so worth it!
Today Brian came over to service our air conditioning unit. He was great really knowledgeable about everything explained everything prior to working on the unit. Upon leaving air-conditioning unit was working and overall was great. Would recommend him to anyone that needs service. Carson.
Had issues with breakers tripping but no obvious problem (to us). Mark located several issues, showed us what was happening, then fixed everything. Cost was reasonable. Really appreciate his attention to detail in every aspect of the repair. Can't say enough positive things about the service. Thank you!
