“I typically schedule all my appointments with the Eagan clinic, but I wanted to try the new Lakeville North Clinic for my eye exam because it was closer to my house. The Doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and immediately detected a condition I've had since childhood that I forgot to mention in advance that I had. I was given fantastic advice for treating dry eye disease and left knowing exactly everything I should do to treat it. All of her recommendations worked well for my eyes, too. I appreciated how thorough and professional the entire process was as well. The front desk staff for checking in were all very kind, too! I will definitely return and recommend the clinic to my friends.“

“This is a nice FREE clinic. They have a lot of support and comprehensive care! You go into the clinic and the receptionists will check you in. You are seen in order of first-come first serve. Then a nurse will see you. After the nurse, a patient care lead will see you. This person will advocate for you and they also have Spanish translators if you need it. If they think that you are at a high risk for kidney disease or have a family history of someone with kidney disease, the medical clinician will order a lab test for you. A lab technician checks your urine to check your kidney function. After, you can go on with your normal visit. There’s also pharmacy clinician who comes up with the best plan for medications you can take. They then go to see a doctor and s/he will come in to see you and give you the prescription. After, they send you to the pharmacy and you can get a month supply of prescription medication for free. The whole process takes 1-2 hours because everyone here is a student volunteer but if you have time, they provide very thorough care!“

“Wow. I don't often review medical establishments for a variety of reasons but felt compelled to shout out about this Allina clinic and Doctor Jensen (podiatry) in particular! From the moment I walked in (parking, no problem), conveniently close to my office, there was no wait and the reception staff was extremely personable and efficient. I waited exactly three minutes in the lobby before being taken to a room by the nurse-again super friendly and efficient.... a short wait later I had the distinct pleasure to meet Dr. Jensen who is phenomenal... I felt instantly at ease and after having had an initially incorrect diagnosis 6 months prior at a different health provider , I was relieved to hear my suspicions were true all along and while I haven't decided to proceed with surgery at this time of year (the only option in my case), I know I will be in the best of hands when I decide to undergo the procedure and fully understand my options and expectations.... if only life were as easy as this experience was!!!“

“I was impressed with this place. I walked in without an appointment and I was greeted and checked in quickly. I sat for a relatively short amount of time before I was seen. The doctor was thorough and friendly and got me in and out in an expected amount of time. The atmosphere was clean, modern, had adequate seating, and is attractive. anytime I can't see my primary care physician I will be back to this walk-in clinic. The location is handy and convenient in East Grand Forks.“

“This was the best hospital/urgent care experience I have ever had! Everyone in the office was extremely caring and respectful, and treated me like a real human being. Even though I was struggling pretty hard that day, they did everything they could to ensure that I was well taken care of. And since I was unfamiliar with the area, they even took the extra time to help me locate a good pharmacist that they knew would take care of me and the prescriptions I needed. I will never be able to thank them enough for the kindness they showed me that day, and would definitely recommend them for urgent care if you are in the area.“

“This clinic is the best of the best! All of the staff make my family feel like THEIR family every time we walk in, from the people working the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors. Dr. Dufort in particular has been SUCH a gift to my family. He goes above and beyond every time we go in for a visit to connect with both me and my children, takes the time to REALLY see them as people verses a collection of symptoms, and is always extremely thoughtful and thorough in his assessments and recommended treatments. My kids love him. We love him. Oh, and when I sawy he goes above and beyond - that includes taking my panicked calls outside of business hours to help make sure my kiddos are OK and my mind as a parent is at ease. He is a rare gem in a field that has gotten so increasingly impersonal and complicated. We feel so lucky. I'd recommend this clinic to everyone - even though it's a 30 minute drive there for us. Worth every minute!“

I’ve been to quite a few and they’re one of the very best. came here for the first time with a number of concerns and every single one of them was addressed, and continued to be addressed as my symptoms progressed. I was a big baby doing some tests but the nurses were very kind and they laughed at my jokes. I’ve never been to a doctor for anything more than birth control in probably 13 years bc I didn’t feel like my current clinic would take me seriously, but I’m very comfortable here!“
