Staff are rude. Walked in to ask a simple question and was snapped at for no reason. Place was empty, but front desk seemed like they wanted to do anything else but help. Will be looking for another doctor

I found a Dr at this location out of convince. I love the Dr. but the rest of the staff are lazy and rude! I have had dozens of interactions with my Mothers care as well. Needed to get in for a pre Op in short notice and called the Cottage Grove location. WOW what a difference! Totally worth the drive! See ya Rosemount location. Ya'll need to cross train with your other locations, because you are not it!

I have to thank Chelsey, the team coordinator at the Rosemount Clinic. She went above & beyond on a Friday right before closing.
If it wouldn't have been for her assistance our mutual patient would have been without medications for the weekend. Thank you Chelsey!
