I have to thank Chelsey, the team coordinator at the Rosemount Clinic. She went above & beyond on a Friday right before closing.
If it wouldn't have been for her assistance our mutual patient would have been without medications for the weekend. Thank you Chelsey!

The front desk people were the best part of my experience here.
The rest, "the doctor and the assistant," was rather laughable and a waste of time. Far from sincere and barely checked out my problem.

The Pharmacist at the window, Casandra, was extremely kind and helpful! I called in advance yesterday to make sure my medications had made it there (since I had done Doctor on Demand) and she ensured me it was being filled and let me know one was out of stock but reassured me it would arrive the next day. When we pulled up to the window yesterday she knew who we were and already had our stuff ready to go!The next day (today), we pulled up for the medication that had arrived today (this time with no phone call for advanced notice) and before we even said what we were there for, she was at the window ready to go with our stuff!I'm very impressed with with the great level of customer service. Please let Casandra know that she is doing a fantastic job and that we appreciate her attentiveness.
