10720 Dunkirk Ln N, Maple Grove“talked with Joe on the phone for about 10 min about an issue with (what i thought was a plumbing issue, but turned out to be a well issue). He was incredibly helpful and actually spent time with me to try and figure it out. In the end, he said, "that's just not our specialty," and was honest with me on what his capabilities were. I think that's pretty solid.“

4145 MacKenzie Ct NE, St Michael“I waited a long time to find out why when I opened the inside valve water gushed down the inside wall and not to the outside faucet. I suspected a burst pipe which was the fault of the previous owners had not shut off the water properly. It requires leaving the outside open and shutting the inside closed. Simply turn it off at the outside faucet leaving water in the line. This is recipe for disaster in Minnesota.
Within three days Christian was out and found two areas with burst pipe in the line. He corrected the problem changed the slope. Even showed me where the bleed valve on the inside shut was to further evacuate water during the winter shutdown. Professional. I could not be happier with the results.“
“Always a great experience from Mike's, and Derek did not disappoint today. Took care of my new thermostat quickly and explained everything in the process. Will always use Mike's for my needs.“
