It took my stylist 7 minutes to cut my hair. Needless to say it was the worst haircut I ever had and the one that drove me to using real salons. Spend a few extra bucks and go to somewhere professional.
Great haircuts if I can ever get one. Holy heck. 4 times now I've started on my way there or made it there, only to find that they are not open, as their site, google AND app states they are.
Everything went well and Liz did a pretty good job. Upon checking out though, the manager was so rude! I used the checkout computer and it went through. $41 for a hair cut with MVP (includes an $8 tip). I said good to go? And the manager snapped at me. No, it didn’t go through. I pulled up my Citibank transaction record on my phone and showed her. She snapped that it didn’t go through and I had to stand right there until it did. I felt embarrassed. Finally it did show up in their POS. Then she condescendingly said you can go now. I said good and I’m not coming back here. She looked incredulous “why?” I said because you’re rude. I left.
